I just want to give a great big thank you to Jordan Moore. He was here on Wednesday to do our routine check. His customer service was AMAZING!

I literally was on the fence about switching to another company to come check out our unit. I have had respiratory issues since DAY 1 of our new HVAC installation and have been asking the techs to check things out when they come but everyone just says it looks fine, yet I continued to have problems. Jordan REALLY listened to me and kept coming in and looking and evaluating and listening to me. He recommended the REME-HALO system yet not a hard sell… so while he was doing his check I checked out the reviews and decided to go ahead with the $809 purchase hoping and praying it would make a difference. Also, after continuing to listen to me he thought about adjusting the fan speed on the unit so that it draws in a bit more humidity. The air from DAY 1 just always smelled “scorched”. He also adjusted our thermostat to Auto with the AC/Heat both active AND the fan on at 30% to help activate the REME-HALO system. What a WONDERFUL difference all that made!!!! I can’t tell you how much better it feels now… the temperature is holding much more evenly in the whole house now, the scorched smell is gone and I can breath so much better!!!

Please thank and recognize Jordan for his time to really LISTEN to me. I felt so “heard” & taken care of as a customer – it was wonderful. I asked that what he did get put in our file so that at the next check the tech does not reverse anything that he did. I seriously hope Jordan will be the one to come.

I just wanted to say that both Sarah Duke and I have been very pleased with the three A/C units you put in for us. For our main home the electric bill has been cut almost in half. Our rental units in Austin and Kyle have had no complaints. Your service and price were great.

My new AC unit is working very well. Thanks to Jordan and Max and their other two wonderful helpers, it took only a few hours to completely remove my old unit and replace it and redo the duct work. Jordan appeared within minutes a few days later to adjust the air flow. They are very responsive to the customer’s needs. They even trimmed a limb from an Elm tree that was hanging too low. Thanks to the storm last night, the whole tree is now lying on the ground. But my AC unit is working great!!

On Friday Doug inspected my house and provided the proposal to replace my heat pump at a surprisingly low price. On Monday Jordan, Max, and Chad arrived as scheduled, courteously introduced themselves, covered the floor to avoid tracking dirt into the house, disappeared into the attic, and in a remarkably short period of time came down, cleaned up after themselves, installed the pump outside, showed me how to operate the programmable thermostat, and were gone. All four were courteous and professional in all respects and I have absolutely no reservations in recommending them. I am delighted in every way with the service provided by this local company.

My banks heater and AC wasn’t working, it was frozen solid…I called Garner and Doug came out to the branch and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Gave me an estimate, the next day the 3 technicians were here installing the new systems. They were they nicest guys, they cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to work the new thermostat. Garner Heating and Air installed a new HVAC system in our home on January 17th. The work was done the day promised, everyone showed up at their appointed time and the work was done exactly when they said it would be. We needed some follow up items taken care of and those were also done without delay. We initially found Garner when they were recommended by 5 out of 7 people we asked about AC service.
