We recently needed some major air conditioning work done in our home. You came out to see what the situation was in our home and what needed to be done. You took a set of our house plans and said you would figure out the best way to install the central system the way it should have been installed when the home was built. You returned with your recommendation along with the price to remove the single 5 ton and install two 2 Ѕ ton American Standard systems and you said that it would take two full days to do the job. We agreed to do it. Our contract was a hand shake on Friday and the work was started on the following Monday. On Monday, Chad, Max and Ozzie began to dismantle all the old system and install one of the new systems so we would not be without air Monday night. Your crew did the best job for us! They kept me informed of what they were doing as they went along. The whole process was a pleasure – one of the very best installation projects we have ever had done. Chad and Max really knew what they were doing. Everything was cleaned up after their day’s work had ended. It was such a pleasure to have these guys in our home. I cannot thank you and your employees enough for a FIRST CLASS job! Your company will always be recommended by us.

My boyfriend and I had a new unit installed today and I wanted to say thank you for the wonderful service. The technician that installed our unit was very informative and patient with me when I asked questions. Later when he received help for the outside part of the job the other guys that came were very friendly and very respectful. Thanks again for the great service!!!! One more quick comment, the office staff also provided me with quick responses and were also very cheery and helpful.

Linda and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the excellent, professional job you did recently replacing our heating & A/C unit. It would have been a difficult installation under the best of conditions; our swamp-like back yard, our Jungle Gym of an attic and the intermittent rain all day almost made it “Mission Impossible.” Yet you and your crew handled it all and did a first-class job. It was impressive.
So Doug, our thanks go to you, Chad, Reagan, Ozzie and Max for your can-do attitude and professionalism. We have already recommended you to a friend and will continue to do so.
We have been using Garner Heating and Air conditioning for about 10 years for our rental property in Wimberley, What can I say Doug and Karen and the whole crew are the BEST EVER to do business with! They have got to be the most honest a/c company I have ever worked with. They not only treat you with the utmost honesty they are always very fast to come out when you have a problem.
There have been many times Garner has come to our property to see what the problem was with our a/c that any other co. would have said we needed a new system. We live out of town and wouldn’t have known the difference but these guys were honest about the problem and sometimes it was such a minor thing they didn’t even charge a service call charge.
Finally after 10 years of excellent service I had to buy a new system today. Doug and Karen made it as easy for me as they could going way above and beyond what any other co. would do to help me get it as well as getting it installed immediateley and giving me a very reasonable price. These guys have my business for life!
I really appreciate the quick and efficient service that you and Jordan did on my unit this morning. Everything was said and done earlier than anticipated which is amazing. I like that you took that bit of extra time to review the inside unit and describe to me how to make it much more efficient. I will definitely keep your company in mind for future needs. Just a note to let you know that the new Heater/AC units are working fine. Our electric bill has been about the same (maybe a little less, some months) but, with NO propane bill!

When we called your company two years ago to get an estimate for replacing our worn-out AC/heat unit, you called us back the same day and were out the next day at the time you said you would come to give an estimate. We had called three other companies that same day. One of them called back after three days, one never called back and the third waited a week to return our call. We thought we might be taking a chance getting only your estimate before deciding to do business with you, but we were impressed with your prompt response and the way you treated us (like our business was important to you). The bonus was that we had our new unit installed the very next day at a reasonable price, our old unit was loaded and hauled off by your company, and the areas around both the interior unit and the exterior compressor were left in clean and orderly condition. A service company which cleans up after itself? Almost unheard of.
To say we are pleased with the efficiency of the new unit is an understatement. Our electricity bill averaged $75 per month less In 1999 than in 1998. The most telling month was August. In August ’98. our electricity bill was $321. In August 99 with our new American Standard unit, our bill was $189. The nicest part of it all, though, is doing business with your company. These days, it seems most businesses treat their customers with indiffierence at best and rudeness at worst. We’ve called for service on two occasions. Both times you responded immediately to our calls, you or your associates show up when you say you will be there and the Job is always well done.
