I went into the attic when I got home from work today and could see that your team did a LOT of work. Dena and I both agree that it’s like we’re living in a different house. Seriously! I had to install a window air unit in the master bedroom when we first moved in and I turned it off last night. We were actually cold and I had the thermostat set 1 degree higher than what we used to keep it. I suspect that has to do with the lower humidity? Thanks for doing a great job. You’ve always treated us more than fairly and I trust you.

Air conditioning didn’t go out but was obviously not going to make it another week or two. We received a few estimates from different companies, some that I felt like were trying to sell us more than what we needed and seemed like used car salesmen. We met with Mr. Garner, which we had service done before patching up our system (20 years old). As with Garner Heating and AC, we shared a belief of quality over quantity. We went over all of the options and definitely found the system that was perfect for our home/environment. We received a very fair price for a very good service. We decided on our system, Carrier Infinity Signature series. We signed the agreement on a Tuesday and was scheduled for Thursday and possibly Friday install (everything – outside unit/duct work/etc – all much needed). Ryan called from Garner HVAC and asked if they could possibly start on some of it Wednesday since he knew they had a little time and it was a big job. Ryan and Alvin came on Wednesday and immediately began working on all the duct work. They worked they’re tail off and got a really good head start for Thursday/Friday. Ryan said they would be back Thursday morning at 7:30am with his crew and they would get it all done. At 7:30 the entire crew showed up and ready to work, crew being Ryan, Alvin, Zach and Cody. These guys were definitely in sync and all knew their jobs/responsibilities. They worked all morning along. Mr. Garner brought them some Whataburger (which they devoured) and then got right back to work (no sluggishness or anything). They got it all finished right around 5 or 5:30pm, including showing me how to work the new thermostat/Infinity Touch Control. I highly recommend them to everyone. Great local business with solid foundation on a belief system of good solid work, equipment, attitude, knowledge and honesty. First night in a long time that the temperature in the entire house has felt perfect. Thank you Garner Heating and Air Conditioning.
Your crew was efficient and friendly and the system is performing well. My wife was quite impressed that they even cleaned out the dryer vent! The cool air environment and reduced humidity make life much more comfortable! How much we take AC for granted, you don’t realize until you go without it for 4 days!

The team was great! My house was not designed with a large enough fresh air return to properly utilize a 3 ton A/C unit. I found this out after a PEC energy audit. I had a plan to remodel the space once the unit failed. I told Don of my plan and would like to have the old unit pulled so I could perform the remodel. Don scheduled with Ryan to pull the old unit and they asked if I would like a couple of window units so we wouldn’t be without A/C during the remodel. This was awesome. Anyone knows no A/C in Texas is murder. They pulled the unit the next day and installed two window units. We had the remodel done in 3 days; plenty of time before the install. 4 days later they installed the new unit and cleaned up their work area. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys!

CUSTOMER SERVICE: We Woke At 5am To 80 Degree Heat In Our House. Geez! We Decided To Make The Best of Things And Shop For Groceries. At 7am Tammie (my lady) Called Garner Heating & AC (the company we got the AC unit from In 2015) And Left A Message About Our Problem. Within 30 Minutes We Got A Call Back. In Another 30 Minutes Ryan Was In Front Of Our Home. Within Another 30 Minutes We Were Shaking His Hand And He Was On His Way.
One Of The Problems With Today’s “Treat Me Like I Am King Of Everything” World Is That If Something Cheeses People Off They Never Quit Kvetching About, But Lord Forbid Good Service Happens … Not A Word Is Said.
