Doug and Karen Garner started Garner Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in late 1988. Doug’s primary job is keeping everyone else busy. Getting jobs secured and designing the different systems to suit the needs of the customer are his main duties. Doug will be seen running service calls and working on some of the larger new installs. Doug has been married to Karen for 24 years and they have a son, Reagan, 19 and daughter, Lauren, 15. Doug is N.A.T.E. certified in 4 areas of our trade.
Doug was featured in Holt, Rinehart, and Winston's Physics 2006 High School textbook.

Max Bethke is one of our top installer/technicians. He is a local boy, born and raised in San Marcos. Max has been with our company since May of 2005. He has a young son named Maddox. Max comes from a construction background as his dad, Bruce Bethke has built many quality custom homes in the San Marcos/Kyle/Buda area. Max is a N.A.T.E. certified technician.

Chad Motal is another of our top installer/technicians. He has been with our company since October 2006. He has installed hundreds of systems in the Austin/San Marcos area and brings lots of quality experience with him. He is married to Stephi, and has 2 sons, Trenton and Weston.
Chad is a N.A.T.E. certified technician.

Jordan Moore is our newest addition to the company. He has been working with our company while attending Texas State University since May 2010. He is married to Erin.

Karen Garner is the office manager. She answers the phone and oversees the scheduling of service work. Her tasks include bookkeeping, taxes and keeping up with the maintenance agreements along with all other recordkeeping.E-Mail Karen

Carla Moore helps with our bookkeeping and payroll. She has been instrumental in keeping our books in order as well as our taxes and payroll. Carla is Doug’s younger sister. She has 3 sons: Jordan, Jacob and Micah. Her husband John Moore is the Minister at the Dripping Springs
Church of Christ.
