On March 13, a very pleasant Brendan Baker gave our HVAC a thorough checkup and assured me that everything was working properly. On their recommendation, Garner Heating & Air Conditioning installed the heat pump about seven years ago. I have been extremely pleased with it as it performed well and lowered our electric bill by more than half even through the summer. I fully recommend this courteous, professional, and service oriented company.

We had Garner AC come out and check our Carrier AC unit before summer to make sure everything was working properly. We bought the maintenance contract for them to come out twice a year to check our unit. They were prompt in coming out and spent about 2 hours going over everything. They discovered the compressor fan motor was bad and had to be replaced. In addition, they replaced the condenser torque booster because it was over 4 years old and was about to go out.We had not needed to use our AC until about a week later and the AC would not turn on. We called them back and they were out within the hour and spent another two hours going over everything again and also programmed our thermostat for us. They found a short and replaced the contacts and it is cooling wonderfully. They did not charge us anything for their time or the part since they had just been out. I would definitely recommend them for service on your AC.

This company has been wonderful from the Sales rep straight through the installation with Ethan, Angel and the crew. they have been informative, professional, courteous and prompt. We had a few other companies come out before we landed with Garner and I'm so glad we waited until we found them! 10/10 would recommend.

We were extremely pleased with the service Matt provided us. During the ice storm ,we lost both heaters and Matt quickly diagnosed the problem and got one going. The other unit required a new part which he ordered and followed up in a timely manner. Both units were restored to working order. We will definitely use Garner Heating& Air for any future maintenance.

Great Folks to do business with. Excellant Service and the tech wears a special sock over his boots to protect the carpet and floors. Job well done. We had a two cycle system with dehumidifier installed and are very pleased. Dehumidification means we don't have to set thermostat as low for comfort. The system is quiet. As someone who taught mechanical engineering for 25 years, I can attest to Garner's professionalism and excellent work.

Starting with the sales team (Max). Max is very knowledgeable of their products, good communications and is easy to work with. The office staff keep me informed of scheduling. Ethan and his crew of three replaced two A/C units in my home. Both Ethan and his crew are very professional all around and did not hesitate to answer my questions during the installation, and I had many questions, etc. You could tell that the team of four have worked together and everyone knew what to do and when. So, the question is; would I recommend Garner Heating & Air...YES, without hesitation.

Our AC recently stopped cooling, and we contacted Garner to schedule service. They were able to send a technician the same day. That technician, Elijah Dover, was punctual, assessed the situation quickly, and got our AC up and running in a very short time. He was also able to conduct our annual system maintenance inspection, which had not yet been formally schedule. Elijah was knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. Well done.

I contacted Garner A/C after I used a different company to try and located a leak I had in my new Mini Split system. I was charged several hundred dollars and the problem was never fixed correctly. On top of my frustration the installer with the other company was less than professional and not interested in solving the issue. Elijah with Garner A/C was a true professional with a level of knowledge unmatched and truly dedicated to fixing the problem. His attitude and personality was respectful and pleasant to work with. Everything he did was clearly explained in detail, which made it easy for me to make the decision to use them. The leak in the system was found within 20 mins and a comprehensive plan was initiated to resolve the leak once in for all. I truly value the service and commitment exhibited by Elijah with Garner A/C company. As a result of this positive experience I will be using Garner A/C company for all my heating and cooling needs. Very pleased with Garner Heating &A/C. Answered all my questions, explained all services (offered, needed, and performed). They even took pictures to show me the exactly condition of the equipment in my attic and then again to show me what work was completed. I will be signing service contract for bi-yearly inspections/service. Much thanks to the staff and technicians!!

Garner responded same day that me HVAC system failed. Since it was 17 years old, it was time to replace it in lieu of repairing it. A new system was installed within 3 days. The ductwork was replaced the following week. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.

They gave a very competitive quote but on better quality equipment and and thermostat. I received and increased labor and equipment warranty. Even the thermostat was increase to 5 years as they installed it. Did two units upstairs and down stairs complete remove and new installation. Great people that came to the house for estimate and the installation. They are not a chain and are locally owned. Would highly recommend them for any repair or new installation.

While inspecting the HVAC system for musty smell we ended up completing a performance check. During the performance check we discovered a bad battery capacitor at the condenser, the system was not properly charged with refrigerant and the condenser did not have a surge protector installed on it. After addressing these problems, the system is operational and the Fojtik's will monitor the musty smell from the mildew on the coil. We need to inspect it during the heating season.
