Elijah was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me. He made some adjustments to the system to make it more efficient. He was professional and informative, suggesting actions I could take to improve how the system works. It was a great visit.

Elijah was great he did the testing and informed me on the status. Very professional and also gave me tips on the care of the unit. He has serviced us in the past and hope he comes next service call.

The guys were great and very thorough. I admit my system was very old and I just put off replacing it. I wish I wouldn’t have but Garner took care of the job.

Super pleased with the folks at Garner. We had our AC suddenly go out completely. Aware of the warm Spring weather, they assessed the situation, chose and sourced a new system, and had it up and running, all in about 48 hours. Everyone communicated well throughout and everything was carefully explained. They helped us find the best solution for our situation and budget. Highly recommend!!

Garner Heating and Air are top notch! They have always been extremely responsive and easy to work with. Chey was the service technician that checked our HVAC to make sure it was running properly. He explained the damper system and answered all the questions we had.Thank you so much for your professionalism and excellent customer service. We have used Garner heating and air conditioning since we built our home. They have always maintained the units beautifully. I trust them, always handling any emergency promptly, as well as explaining what is being done or what needs to be done!I would also give Matt F a huge thumbs up! 5 stars, at least!

2 years ago Garner promptly responded to our need for AC repair in August (in Texas). The technician thoroughly troubleshot, found and fixed the problem. He explained everything he did and showed me as well. I signed up for a preventative maintenance plan with a visit every 6 months. It is 6 months later and the technician performed a thorough inspection, showed photos of what he did and the condition of the hardware. He spent an hour. Good to know proper maintenance is being done. Great company.It is now 2 years later and everyone who came out has been thorough, pleasant and informative. I highly recommend Garner Heating and Air Conditioning.

Garner Hearing & AC has serviced existing units & installed a new one in the 20+ years in our home. They have always had a fast response time, their techs are very reliable & thorough. We always sign up yearly for the biannual maintenance inspection which happens summer & winter. Very helpful in catching any issues before they happen! 5 stars, thank you Garner!

It’s all about the ServiceWe’re in year 31 living in this home and Garner has been providing service as far back as I can remember on a unit installed by others, until that unit finally needed replacing at which time Garner installed our current unit more than ten years ago. Max Bethke was our service tech back then and he was special. We were excited about his promotion, but sad to lose him as a tech. Matt Fleischauer, our new tech, has filled some seriously big shoes and we hope that he’ll be with us for a long time to come. Very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and patient. When our unit was installed, we had very poor internet and it was futile to connect the thermostat to an app and our phones then. As part of our service check up, we asked that Garner send someone who could assist us completing this connection now that we have better internet and Matt came through which required contacting Carrier and making sure we were fully functional before leaving. We feel fortunate to have another tech that is as personable and helpful as Max.

Ethan & crew did a fabulous job installing a complete system in our home. They explained everything they needed to do before & after so no major surprises. That was very appreciated! They were price competitive with the other company I had quote the work, but seemed more knowledgeable, more professional, & had a better warranty so it was a good choice to go with Garner!
