This Company is A1 in my books called on a Tuesday and they had a tech Matt come by to check our system he had it cooling better but had to come back to finish. Matt was very friendly, very noligible, and explained everything to us when he had it finished and it has been blowing cold ever since awsome technician and person thanks again Matt and Garner Heating and Air Conditioning

During this crazy heatwave, our AC decided to take a break. I called them, and guess what? They sent Omar to my place that very afternoon! Omar was a total champ. He found a leak in the refrigerant and fixed it in a flash. He was super professional, knowledgeable, and even kept me in the loop. With so many AC companies here, this one really stands out. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service!

Summer has officially arrived—and with it, my AC unit decided to take a break just as the heat rolled in. Fortunately, Matt F. from Kyle, Texas, came to the rescue. He had the system up and running again in no time. The service I received was truly exceptional. Matt was both professional and thorough, clearly explaining the issues affecting my HVAC unit and walking me through the solution. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Graner to all my friends—and I’ll be sure to tell them to ask for Matt by name.

On one of the hottest days in May in a century, my thermostat was reading 94 degrees, and I was debating whom I should call because nowadays it's like rolling the 🎲 🎲 anytime you need service. Many companies charge whatever they think they can get away with, but not Garner Heating & Air Conditioning. I thank God for reminding me of having used them in the past and that they did a great job and charged me a fair price. This time was no different. Omar came out and diagnosed the problem like a pro, fixed it, and charged me a fair price. I won't call anybody but Garner Heating & A/C from this point forward when I need service because I can trust them not to try to take advantage of me, and so can you.

Super pleased with the folks at Garner. We had our AC suddenly go out completely. Aware of the warm Spring weather, they assessed the situation, chose and sourced a new system, and had it up and running, all in about 48 hours. Everyone communicated well throughout and everything was carefully explained. They helped us find the best solution for our situation and budget. Highly recommend!!

We have used Garner heating and air conditioning since we built our home. They have always maintained the units beautifully. 2 years ago Garner promptly responded to our need for AC repair in August (in Texas). The technician thoroughly troubleshot, found and fixed the problem. He explained everything he did and showed me as well. I signed up for a preventative maintenance plan with a visit every 6 months. It is 6 months later and the technician performed a thorough inspection, showed photos of what he did and the condition of the hardware. He spent an hour. Good to know proper maintenance is being done. Great company.It is now 2 years later and everyone who came out has been thorough, pleasant and informative. I highly recommend Garner Heating and Air Conditioning.
