I can't recommend Garner Heating & Air enough. We had a frustrating vent issue that had been incorrectly diagnosed by multiple companies and Garner was the only company that pointed us in the right direction. We called them without hesitation later when we needed AC repair during the hot Texas summer and they were quick and reliable as usual. We are so happy to have a local HVAC company that we can trust. Garner is wonderful!

Our AC recently stopped cooling, at the beginning of the latest heat wave, and we contacted Garner to schedule service. They were able to send a technician the same day. That technician, Leonard Pannek, was punctual, assessed the situation quickly, and got our AC up and running the same day. We are very pleased. Kudos to Leonard and Garner.

Our AC broke down on a Sunday afternoon during summer 2022. It was 84 F in the house. We called this company and they were quick to respond. He went to the attic and checked what the issue was and replaced the broken part. Great service!

Have been using their maintenance program for several years. Always prompt and send out professional people. I am always pleased with what they do and any suggestions they may make. He actually offered to change my filter which no one has ever done before. He was extra attentive and very nice.

We had a two cycle system with dehumidifier installed and are very pleased. Dehumidification means we don't have to set thermostat as low for comfort. The system is quiet. As someone who taught mechanical engineering for 25 years, I can attest to Garner's professionalism and excellent work.

This is a really good HVAC company to work with, they are responsive and good listeners, and they rescued us in a recent emergency situation with the two HVAC units that were hardly blowing cold air and leaking water into the attic area. Garner, Inc also assisted with repairs to address the root causes of the problems we were having.Due to the issues with both systems originally installed incorrectly by the builder, ours HVACS were not plumbed up correctly and not operating efficiently as they should have been.Garner Heating and Air came through like "Knights in Shining Armor" and truly helped us to avoid a possible drastic outcome.Looking forward to hiring this company for servicing our HVACS in the years ahead.

My system wasn't cooling properly and wasn't cycling off. My system needed expensive repairs. Chase came out and went over my options with me. In the end I purchased a new system. The first one wasn't available so he sold me a different brand for the same cost. The installers were very efficient and professional. They guarantee their work for the life of the unit. I would recommend Garner for your AC/Heating needs.

We were referred to Garner by our son and had the best experience with them. Chase, our Comfort Consultant, was very attentive to our requests before & during our install. He came back to inspect our new system a couple weeks after it was done to make sure everything was perfect - and it is.The lead on our install was Ethan, who explained each item that was a problem with the old system and gave us photos to illustrate. During the job, he let me know the progress & gave photos of the new system for every former trouble spot. Ethan's 2 technicians, Jason & Angel, were great, polite, & cleaned up every place there was any indication they had ever been here.Our new system runs so well that we actually had to set our thermostat to a higher temp because we got cold. It's run like a dream when the temps hit near 100° this past weekend.We're thrilled with our new system & the great work Garner did! Hire them - you won't regret it.

Nearly 25 years ago we built our first home in Dripping Spring and Garner Heating and Air designed and installed the entire HVAC system. We are still living in that house today, and because of their superb work and excellent maintenance program our system was still running in tip top shape after nearly 25 years. Because the efficiency of HVAC systems designed by the manufacturers has greatly improved, we only recently asked this same company to change out the entire mechanical system. We absolutely love our new even quieter running system and noticed this past year a huge cost savings on our monthly energy bill. We’ve been impressed by their company for a lot of reasons, especially the courtesy and workmanship of their employees. After the new install they left our home better than they found it. I felt sorry for them having to work in such a small tough and cramped attic crawl space, but they still did an amazing job. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. While Garner Heating and Air has developed and expanded their business over the years, they have continued to maintain the same quality craftsmanship, honesty, and dependability you might come to expect in a family owned and operated business. I have been a Garner Heating and A/C customer for several years. I renew my maintenance contract each year with full confidence that Garner H&A/C will provide the best professional service at a reasonable price. In the recent maintenance services, the technician informed me of his findings and recommendations for keeping my home system in top notch condition. That same day, I received the invoice which I reviewed. The invoice contained a detailed description of the services that were done and of the recommendations that were offered. I like very much that there were no discrepancies. To me, that shows honesty and integrity on behalf of Garner and the technicians.

Max deserves a 10+. He knew what he was doing and communicated it to us. Excellent knowledge of how the heating and cooling systems work. He answered questions when asked. He was a focused worker. Request his service all the time. He even called the next day as follow up.
