I really feel you’d do yourself a big disservice if you don’t check out Garner Heating & Air FIRST … if you’re experiencing problems with your heating or AC. Immediately after we met MATT .. we knew we made the RIGHT choice. He was extremely knowledgeable.. very informative… offered several options to solve the problem. NO PRESSURE!! He didn’t rush as most do to get to the next job. MATT deserves a well deserved commendation for EXCELLENT customer service!!

I was very satisfied with my experience with them. Max broke it all down for me and answered all of my questions with precision and knowledge. Although the pricing was steep, we were able to set up financing to pay over time. They made an appointment very quickly once we made final decisions & arrangements. Ethan and his crew worked diligently to get everything swapped out & my house is now MUCH cooler with their system.

The entire team that took care of us from start to finish was amazing. They took the time to explain everything and give us all the options when it came to replacing the entire home AC unit. Matt came out the very next day and fixed our problem in a timely manner, explained everything in a way I could understand, and showed me photos of the system in the attic. Provided a detailed invoice and even gave me a heads up for what future repairs may need to happen and how much it would cost. 10/10 recommend!

We are more than pleased with Garner’s service and the professionalism, patience and skills Max, Ethan and his crew demonstrated while dealing with a complete HVAC and duct removal and replacement and difficult tenant that insisted on staying at the property while worked was being done. Max took the time to explain the different HVAC brands and was available after hours for any questions I had. They are pricey but the quality of services I received from them was well worth the investment.

We've been shopping around for a new AC for a few years now and the prices were either extremely high for equipment beyond our needs, or reasonable but for equipment that seemed less than reliable. After helping us with a Sunday AC issue, we got a quote that included a quality Carrier unit larger than what we had and well within our price range. Given the inclusions of labor warranties and some quality of life improvements for the system, it was an easy decision. The install was prompt, the team that came was respectful and willing to answer all our questions, and they did a great job cleaning up afterward and walking us through the system. We are absolutely happy with the system so far and looking forward to working with the folks at Garner for years to come.Update July 2024:We've been with Garner now for 4 years and I can't say enough good stuff about them! We've had a few issues come up with our unit in that time and every time they've come out and taken care of what needed to be done quickly. They've also helped with improving the system in place, helping us identify the need for an additional return and relentlessly pursuing an unusual issue we had around high humidity in the house. No matter the problem, they've come back again and again to make sure everything meets their standards. Not once have they nickel and dimed us either, always making sure that we know any cost up front, and following through if something needs adjustment after install. I still highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Wife caked them first. Made an appointment for next day. Matt texted he was enroute and arrived at the time stated. Showed him the system and he went to work. In less than 10 minutes he knew what was wrong and was repairing the system. Very nice young man. Explained what was wrong and how to repair it.

We chose Garner A/C to replace old ductwork in our attics. Jason and Jose arrived promptly at 6:00 am to perform the work. They disposed of the old ductwork, installed the new ductwork and thoroughly cleaned after the installation. Jason explained what had been installed, how it was installed and where each section was. He checked the system for any leaks, cleaned the condensation drain line and ensured our system and airflow were good. He and Jose were courteous, professional and efficient. We are very happy with the work they did in our home.
