I replaced the blower motor and function checked the system. The system moves about 400 cfm per ton and has a total static pressure of .52. I cleaned the exterior of the air handler. I also cleared and treated the drain line. Refrigerant levels are within range. The system is operational at this time. I set the thermostat to 72 per customer request.
Removed all the existing ductwork and i-boxes. Installed new i-boxes and new ductwork. Installed a plenum trunk line to minimize the amount of flex to the i-boxes. Hung all the flex and installed metal elbows to allow optimal airflow. Sealed the return chase with duct board and mastic. Used cork tape to seal up the any straws on the air handler. Sprayed down the evaporator coil with black hawk. Flushed and cleared the condensate drain line.
Performed service diagnostic and found that the drain line was clogged. Water backed up and was flowing back into the air handler. I cleared the drain and flow tested the drain line with two gallons of water. I function checked the system and the system is now operational.
Performed AC cool check. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. The drain line was cleared and treated. The blower wheel, air handler and evaporator coil are all clean. The wiring is tight and in good condition. The condenser fan motor is in good condition. The refrigerant charge is within factory specifications. The surge protection is operational, and the condenser coil is clean. The system is running at the time of departure.

Service diagnostic found that a loose wire from the capacitor to the contactor had burnt up. The capacitor is below value. The air handler and blower wheel are also dirty. Options for repair were presented to the customers, and they chose to have the capacitor replaced and to have the air handler and blower wheel cleaned. I replaced the capacitor and reconnected the capacitor with new wire. I pulled and cleaned the blower wheel. I also cleaned the air handler. I function checked the system and the system is operational.
Replaced outdoor compressor on the ductless system. Purged line set repeatedly to remove oil from unit. Pressure tested system and pulled deep vacuum. Weighed in factory charge and verified drain operation. System is working at this time.

Replaced the whip going to the breaker panel and ran the low voltage in Seal-Tite. Built a transition to existing supply plenum and sealed with mastic airlock. Put down a new plywood overlay. Installed new filter base for easier filter change outs. Cut out and installed a new 24x12 stamp face grille under the system. Charged system to factory spec and performed a benchmark. The system is working properly at time of departure.

I then poured water into the pan and watched the pan drain. I then treated the drain line. System was running at the time of departure.
