Furnace Replacement: A client with a furnace that frequently tripped the breaker contacted us. Our inspection revealed an overheating motor due to worn bearings. We replaced the motor and upgraded the system to a more efficient model, ensuring the home remains warm without electrical issues.

Air Conditioning System Installation: The client requested a more energy-efficient AC unit before the shift into autumn. I installed a new energy-efficient central air system and optimized the setup to ensure that the home could maintain stable temperatures through the unpredictable autumn weather, providing comfort and lowering energy costs.

Attic Insulation Installation: The homeowner was experiencing heat loss during autumn due to old and inefficient attic insulation. I installed a high-quality insulation material, ensuring that the home retained heat better, leading to reduced energy bills and a more comfortable environment during cooler months.

Air Conditioning Repairs: After investigating the client’s air conditioning system, I identified uneven cooling due to imbalanced refrigerant levels. By recalibrating the levels, I optimized refrigerant distribution, ensuring uniform cooling throughout the home as the cooler season approached.

Air Conditioning System Repairs: After a thorough inspection, I discovered the cause of cooling issues was a clogged evaporator coil. I performed a deep cleaning of the coil, which improved heat absorption and overall efficiency, ensuring the client’s AC unit would function effectively as temperatures fluctuated during autumn.

Summertime Air Conditioning Tune-Up: Cleaned outdoor unit fins, checked refrigerant levels, and tightened electrical connections to ensure optimal summer performance.

HVAC Repair: Upgraded a control panel to a programmable thermostat for precise temperature scheduling and energy savings.

HVAC Repair Service: Adjusted a malfunctioning expansion valve to improve the AC system's cooling efficiency.

AC Motor Lubrication: Lubricated dry motor components in an AC unit to reduce noise and ensure smoother operation.

Performed service diagnostic. Diagnostic found that the system was operational and was cooling. The bedroom that was not cooling was well was getting cool air however the window faces the sun from the early afternoon through sunset. I completed my diagnostic and found that the system is low on refrigerant. Options for repair were presented to the customer and they chose to have the system charged with refrigerant. 3lbs of R-410A was added to the system and is cooling at 8.7 degrees of sub cooling.

Performed inspection. I found that the outdoor capacitor has failed. I presented the customer with repair options, and they chose to have the capacitor replaced today. Completed repairs and system is now operational.

After performing the diagnostic, I found that the primary drain line was backed up and tripping the safety float switch. I also found that the battery capacitor was bad. I called the landlord and presented him with his options. He chose to have them both replaced at this time. Repairs completed and system is operational.
