Performed cooling maintenance. Checked electrical, mechanical and performance of the system. I found small amounts of water in the secondary pan and removed the water from the pan. I also insulated the suction line coming out of the evaporator coil. No other major issues were found. Cleared and treated the drain line and washed the condenser coil. I was unable to replace the filters as the homeowner did not have any extra. I advised the homeowner to change them ASAP. System is operational.
