Ductwork Inspection and Repair: Upon performing a ductwork inspection, I identified significant dust and debris buildup inside the ducts, restricting airflow. I conducted a thorough duct cleaning and sealed gaps to optimize the system's efficiency, ensuring that the HVAC system worked at peak performance as autumn weather set in.
Heat Pump Repair: Called out to a home with insufficient heating from the heat pump, I located a refrigerant line leak. After repairing the leak, the system’s heating capabilities were fully restored, ensuring the homeowner would have reliable warmth throughout the cooler autumn season.
HVAC System Repairs: Adjusted thermostat settings and replaced air filters to resolve frequent short cycling and maximize system performance.
Air Conditioning System Repair: Replaced a malfunctioning compressor to prevent circuit breaker trips and ensure efficient AC operation.
Performed cooling maintenance on one heat pump system. Checked all electrical, mechanical and performance of the system. Cleared and treated the drain line and washed the outdoor coil. I found that the system is slightly low on R-22 refrigerant, the evaporator coil has a leak on it, the secondary pan is rusted and in bad shape and the blower wheel is dirty. At the condenser the starter is burnt and pitted at the contacts and the fan motor is leaking lubricant. No other major issues were found, and the system is operational at this time.
We’re so glad you had a good experience.
Installed new Carrier 5-ton heat pump system. Installed new Honeywell T6 Pro thermostat. Rebuilt and insulated condensate drain line. Added SS2 and SS3 safety float switches. Replaced secondary drain pan. Installed new filter dryer, pressure tested with dry nitrogen and pulled a vacuum on the copper line set. Replaced supply plenum and sealed with mastic airlock. Replaced the filter base on the air handler. Replaced the disconnect and pad for the condenser. Charged system to factory spec. System is working properly at time of departure.
Performed semiannual maintenance on the AC system. Inspected the Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Verified system was operating within manufacture’s specifications for operation. Did find the refrigerant charge of the system to be low and did recommend a refrigerant recharge to manufacture’s specs but the customer declined at this time.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this amazing review!
When I arrived, I found the water removal system to be completely clogged on both the primary and secondary drain lines. I gave the customer his options and he chose to have it cleared at the basic level. After clearing the water removal systems everything is draining at this time. The secondary pan still has a little water in it with the Viper cleaner to treat the algae but will evaporate over the next couple of days. The customer informed me that he will call us in the next month or two to sign up for Maintenance plan to prevent this from happening in the future.
