Connecting existing flex duct to new plenums. Sealed all connections with mastic/hardcast. Pressure tested system with nitrogen and pulled vacuum. Charged AC with R-454B refrigerant. Tested heating and cooling operation of new system. Everything is working completion of installation.

Removed old return plenum and added two new returns with both filter cabinets. Sealed all seams with silver tape, hard cast, super sticky and mastic. Capped bedroom return and attached to new plenums. Swapped old supply register in master bedroom with a new register. Cleared drain. Everything is operational at this time.
