Chey was very informative, helpful, and diligent when it came to our biannual checkup. He’s a great worker and would be pleased to have him service us again in the future.
On doing a service on our HVAC system Chey brought up a potential problem we were looking at, and what we could do to avoid it, his comment was “we could either be proactive or reactive.” We chose to be proactive and within 3 days we had a soft start added to our system and we are very happy that we did.
Omar kept us informed with what he was doing and checking on and giving us feedback.
