I performed a cooling check on carrier upflow system. I verified 22° temperature split. I spoke to homeowner about adding surge protection and he has declined for now. No major issues were found. System was cooling properly at time of departure.

Two system heat check performed on two horizontal furnaces. I did find high static pressure on the Northside unit. No other major issues found.

HVAC Repairs: A homeowner experienced diminished cooling efficiency. Upon inspection, I found a clogged evaporator coil, which was hindering heat absorption. I thoroughly cleaned the coil, restoring proper heat exchange and significantly improving the system’s overall performance.

HVAC System Repairs: A homeowner complained about uneven cooling throughout their home. After evaluating the system, I discovered imbalanced refrigerant levels causing temperature inconsistencies. By properly balancing the refrigerant, I ensured uniform cooling and enhanced overall system efficiency.

Performed heat check. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. I cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with two gallons of water. I also treated the drain line. The air filters were replaced by the homeowner yesterday. No major issues were found. The system was running at the completion of service.

Performed the heater tune-up on one American Standard heat pump system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the air handler. Replaced the Perfect Fit filter. No major issues were found. The system is operational at this time.

Heating tune-up completed on a horizontal furnace. No major issues found.

Performed the heater tune-up on a Lennox gas furnace system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the furnace. I found that the return air filter is dirty and there is no water safety switch on the secondary drain line. I spoke with homeowner, and he said he would buy a new filter and replace it ASAP. No other major issues were found. The system is operational at this time.

Performed the heater tune-up on a Lennox gas furnace system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the furnace. I sealed two areas on the blower assembly to prevent any attic air from being pulled into the home. I also secured the inducer motor harness to prevent any electrical rub outs. I also found that the return air filter is dirty and spoke with the tenant about having it replaced as soon as possible to prevent any unwanted stress on the furnace. No other major issues were found. The system is operational at this time.

On arrival I spoke with homeowner, and she mentioned that the main system thermostat was blank. I performed the diagnostic and found that the low voltage 5-amp fuse was blown. I installed a new fuse and cycled power at the thermostat with no issues in heating, air conditioning and auxiliary heating modes. I then performed a heater tune-up on two Carrier heat pump systems. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the units. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of both air handler. Washed both outdoor coils and verified the compressor wiring is secure. No other major issues were found. Both systems are operational at this time.

Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the furnace. The homeowner provided a filter for replacement. No major issues were found, and the system is operational at this time.

Air Conditioning Repair Service: A homeowner was experiencing weak airflow from their AC unit. Upon inspection, I found that the blower fan was misaligned. After precise adjustments, I restored proper air circulation, significantly improving the system's efficiency.

Heat Pump Repair Service: A homeowner reported that their heat pump was struggling to provide adequate heating. Upon inspection, I discovered a refrigerant leak affecting the system’s performance. I expertly sealed the leak and recharged the refrigerant, restoring efficient and consistent heating for the home.

Completed system Reduct. Installed new custom trunkline. Installed new transition return plenum. Ran all new flex and sheet metal wyes. Secured all ducts using nylon hanging strap. Sealed all connection points with mastic air lock. Installed new buckets and grilles and sealed to the Sheetrock.

Heat check completed on a horizontal furnace. No major issues found.

Heat check completed on a horizontal furnace. I found that the static pressure is higher than manufacture specifications causing additional stress on the system components. No other major issues found, and the system is operational.

Heat check completed on a horizontal heat pump/inverter system. No major issues found.

Heat check completed on a vertical heat pump system. During the heat check I found that the outdoor contactor is original to the heat pump system and is showing signs of charring and pitting. The system is heating properly at time of departure.
