He was friendly, on time, and knowledgeable. He also wascooperative when I requested he check for spiders in my attic as he checked my AC/heat unit. Overall, Elijah performed an excellent job. I will recommend him.

It’s all about the ServiceWe’re in year 31 living in this home and Garner has been providing service as far back as I can remember on a unit installed by others, until that unit finally needed replacing at which time Garner installed our current unit more than ten years ago. Max Bethke was our service tech back then and he was special. We were excited about his promotion, but sad to lose him as a tech. Matt Fleischauer, our new tech, has filled some seriously big shoes and we hope that he’ll be with us for a long time to come. Very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and patient. When our unit was installed, we had very poor internet and it was futile to connect the thermostat to an app and our phones then. As part of our service check up, we asked that Garner send someone who could assist us completing this connection now that we have better internet and Matt came through which required contacting Carrier and making sure we were fully functional before leaving. We feel fortunate to have another tech that is as personable and helpful as Max.

Ethan & crew did a fabulous job installing a complete system in our home. They explained everything they needed to do before & after so no major surprises. That was very appreciated! They were price competitive with the other company I had quote the work, but seemed more knowledgeable, more professional, & had a better warranty so it was a good choice to go with Garner!

Garner HVAC Did a first rate install of a new system, including all ductwork, 18 months ago. The system has been working beautifully, the house is always comfortable now, and our utility bills have dropped noticeably. Chey Simpson, The Garner technician who services the system twice each year, Is thorough in the work he does and patient in explaining both what he’s doing and what we need to be doing to keep the system in top working order. I’ve worked with many different HVAC companies over the years, and this company, by far, does the most thorough and professional work.

This is the second time we use Garner. The first one to replace or main AC in 2023 and the second time to install a split unit in our garage. Both times they did excellent work and Angel served us both times. Everybody who helped us from Garner did excellent.

Garner Heating and Air responded to our problem in a very timely manner. Matt came out, diagnosed our AC issue and fixed it all in a very timely and professional manner. Matt also provided some very helpful advice regarding maintaining our system that was much appreciated. We will not hesitate to call on Garner again for our AC and Heating needs.

Did you ever experience Devine intervention and know it? Well, I did and it kind blew my mind. On Saturday, 9/21, my A/C went out that morning, and I had written down the name of an A/C repairman that I got from Nextdoor. Now I had that piece of paper several days before, and I started looking for it but it was nowhere to be found. I mean I looked everywhere, but it was gone. So I checked Nextdoor again and saw that Garner had a lot of good reviews, so I called them. And they said they could be out here Sunday between 1:00 and 4:00. So I said okay, dreading the 24 hours without A/C. Not 10 minutes later they called me back and said they’d had a cancellation and could send Omar right away. What a nice guy he turned out to be! Omar installed a new capacitor (which another repairman told me I needed a year and 5months ago), cleaned the inside of the unit, and was done before the inside of my house got very hot. I cannot say enough good about Omar and his expertise. And I won’t have to go looking for Garner’s number because it’ll be in my phone book. And about that Devine intervention? That night I found the piece of paper with the other man’s phone number under my bed! Plainly I was supposed to call Garner, AND the cancellation? Who cancels an appointment with an A/C repairman when the temperature is in the high 90’s? Two miracles in one day and Omar to boot! I won the jackpot.

Chey Simpson showed up about an hour after the workday started. That's very quick since the trouble was reported via the website after hours, the evening before. During the repair process, Chey permitted me to monitor over his shoulder. Chey was friendly, forthcoming, considerate and professional. He explained each step he was taking and the reasons for taking it. He enlightened me about future problems that may be expected and how to possibly avoid them. We have used Garner AC since we bought our home over 30 years ago and with employees like Chey, will continue to do so.

I really feel you’d do yourself a big disservice if you don’t check out Garner Heating & Air FIRST … if you’re experiencing problems with your heating or AC. Immediately after we met MATT .. we knew we made the RIGHT choice. He was extremely knowledgeable.. very informative… offered several options to solve the problem. NO PRESSURE!! He didn’t rush as most do to get to the next job. MATT deserves a well deserved commendation for EXCELLENT customer service!!
