While going through the system, I found that a lot of the plastic pieces have been snapped or bent off. The shell of the head unit was not installed onto the mount properly. The fan guard was snapped out of place and multiple screws are missing from the units. The outdoor unit was dusty and I rinsed the system out to ensure proper airflow. Washed out the four filters and installed back into place. Ensured everything was properly back installed and secured before leaving. Everything is working at this time.

Cleaned the exterior of the furnace and washed the outdoor coil. I did find the thermostat fan setting was set to run 30 min/hr. I turned this setting off to decrease the humidity levels in the home.
