I blew out the line multiple times, and used hot water from the sink to help loosen up any additional clogs in the line. Also cleaned out the internal drain pan to remove all the sitting blockages inside the coil pan. I then added in a drain treatment to the internal drain pan and the primary drain line which will help break down any buildup and help make the drain line slippery to allow for easier drainage. Everything is working at this time.

Added in 5# of R-410A refrigerant into the system to return to a 12°SH and a 7°SC per the manufacturer charging chart. Performed a leak search and I did find a significant leak in the indoor coil. Everything is working at this time.
