Service diagnostic found that the condensation drain line was clogged. Water had backed up into the safety switch and shut down the system. I performed heat checks on all three systems. I cleared and treated the drain lines. The air filters were replaced with client supplied filters. No other issues were found. The systems were running at the completion of service.

Performed heater tune-up on a Carrier two stage furnace system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the furnace. Secured wiring for the inducer motor to prevent any electrical rub outs. I also found the AprilAire 510 filter is starting to get dirty. No other issues were found. The system is operational at this time.

Preformed duct sealing on all triangles and buckets upstairs. Removed RAFG and cleaned out R/A chase, and also cleaned coil in place. Restored cabinet to clean condition and sealed all straws and penetrations. Cleaned primary drain pan and flushed it with hot water. Installed power pack and UV lights in cabinet. Also installed outdoor EasyStart kit and verified system operation. Everything is working at this time.

Sealed all ductwork connections at the plenum with mastic. Sealed all buckets to the Sheetrock with mastic. Sealed around square metal plenum connection with mastic. Found loose flex duct at collar, resecured with new duct straps and sealed. Fixed loose supply register in ceiling. Cleared drain with CO2 and primed trap with water. Everything is working at completion of service.

Installed propane conversion kit and set gas pressures. Ran new thermostat wire and installed Ecobee pro thermostat. Built and installed new supply and return plenums. Installed new secondary drain pain. Rebuilt primary condensation drain, added SS2 and SS3 safety switches. Cleared primary drain with CO2 and primed trap with water. Connecting existing flex duct to new plenums. Sealed all connections with mastic/hardcast. Pressure tested system with nitrogen and pulled vacuum. Charged AC with R-454B refrigerant. Tested heating and cooling operation of new system. Everything is working completion of installation.
