Matt was very through and checking everything out and showing me what my A/C needed.
Very professional, reviewed the process involved with the new thermostat and showed us the new system in the attic. The whole crew did a great job and put us back into service quickly!
Chey was on time, did great work, made sure I understood everything in lay terms!!!!
I have been using Garner since 2000. They are always very professional. They stay in communication the day of the appointment. I have had them call due to a delay and have them call to come earlier. Technicians have been helpful, friendly and have taken extra steps to perform their work. Garner is my first call, they put in a brand new unit in 2012 and it's 2024 and they keep it serviced and working great. Omar Hernandez went over and beyond and was extremely professional
Excellent service
Elijah taught me something that will help my already consistent regular maintenance as well as convincing me to sign up for the annual maintenance. The capacitor cost was a little shocking but the amount of time and attention he spent on our system made up for it.
Great service
Omar arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job with his service. He went beyond expectations and found and fixed small areas of concern both upstairs and outside. Great job!
