Installed new secondary drain pan and reattached to secondary drain line. Supported evaporator coil with foam blocks inside the drain pan. Installed a new primary drain line and fully insulated it. Used wood blocks to create a pitch for drain line. Ran primary drain line outside and secured to the wall, routed according to the customers preference. Tested the new drain line with water and confirmed it is flowing properly. Replaced and rewired the control board for the outdoor mini split unit and tested after for proper function. All is working at this time.

Performed semiannual maintenance on two HVAC systems. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufactures specifications for operation. Everything is working at this time.

Performed a heater tune-up on two systems. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the systems. I cleared both drain lines and flow tested them with two gallons of water. I then treated the drain lines. No major issues were found, and the systems were running at the completion of service.

Performed the heater tune-up. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. I cleared the drain line and flow tested the drain with water. I also treated the drain line. No major issues were found, and the system is running at the completion of service.

Performed semiannual maintenance on one AC cooling system. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Verified everything was operating within manufacture’s specifications for operation. Everything is working at this time.

We started by disconnecting power to the heat pump and removing the panel. We disconnected the wiring to the inverter board and removed it from the heat pump. We installed the new inverter board and wired it up. We then mounted the ICM-493 box on the wall next to the heat pump. We wired in the incoming and outgoing electrical wires. We then turned the system on and set the voltage for 230 with a 10% +/- variant. The system is now operational.

Installed new Carrier heat pump system. Re-used Nest thermostat. Installed filter base. Transitioned to existing supply plenum. Sealed all ductwork from the attic with mastic air lock. Installed new stamp face grille and cut into return chase. Replaced disconnect and whip at the outdoor unit. Sealed penetration with hardware cloth and spray foam. Installed UV shield. Installed rubber feet. Pressure tested line set and pulled a vacuum on the copper line set. Installed soft start kit. System operational.

On arrival, I met with homeowner who stated that he believed the indoor blower motor finally seized up. He did say it was beginning to make a loud noise while it was running, but now it was not turning on at all. I removed the front blower cover and checked the run capacitor which I noted has been replaced before with a Turbo Run Capacitor. I was able to verify it was still reading 7.5/7.5mfd. I manually spun the blower wheel and found that it was not spinning freely and when forcefully spun, it would make a loud screeching sound. Removed the failed blower motor from the furnace, cleaned and disinfected the blower housing at no additional charge, and then installed the new blower motor and blower wheel. Secured all wiring connections and control wiring on the furnace control board. Tested system and verified operation and everything is working at this time.

Completed a full system duct sealing. Improved the supply ductwork by replacing the duct board triangles with sheet metal wyes. Increased the diameter of the far master toilet room duct. Increased the diameter of the duct going to the master bathroom. Hung the flex to eliminate kinks in the flex. Checked over the system for any other potential problems. No issues were found during this check. Cleared, flushed and treated the condensate drain line, and washed out the condenser to make at no additional charge. The system is working properly at the time of departure.

Performed a heater tune-up on two systems. Checked the mechanical, performance and safety systems of both units. The downstairs system did have some rust spots on the heat exchanger. No other major issues found. Both units operate normally, and I was not able to hear any unusual noises from either system. I did check over the refrigerant circuit as a courtesy and found that they are both within factory specifications.

I performed the heater tune-up on a four-year-old Carrier horizontal gas system. No major issues were found.

Installed Bryant heat pump system. Installed Ecobee Pro thermostat. Installed new sub panel and new wiring for air handler in attic. Installed new extended supply plenum. Installed new return plenum. Installed new return air filter grille in hallway and ran new ductwork. Replaced secondary drain pan. Installed SS2 and SS3 safety float switches. Rebuilt and insulated condensate drain line. Cleared and verified drain operation. Replaced disconnect and whip at outdoor unit. Pressure tested and pulled a vacuum on the copper line set. Verified system charge was at manufacturer specifications.

Removed the blower assembly, disassembled and cleaned. Reinstalled the blower assembly. Cleaned out the inside of the air handler. Cleaned the coil in place. Cleared, flushed and treated the condensate drain line. UV lights were installed to prevent bacteria growth. Checked system operation and it is functioning properly.

Found the outdoor run capacitor has failed below value across the HERM terminal. Installed a new run capacitor at the outdoor unit, restored high voltage power to system and checked over the cooling functions of the unit. While on-site, I also completed the semiannual maintenance on the heating system. Adjusted fuel pressure to match system specifications and verified the heating unit was operating within manufacture’s specifications for operation.

Installed new carrier evaporator coil for the downstairs system. Added new line filter dryer, and pressure tested the system for extensive leak check. Pulled a deep vacuum and weighed in factory charge. Verified outdoor cap and cleared and treated both the upstairs and downstairs drain lines. The system is operating at this time.

Heating tune-up completed on a horizontal gas system. The customer mentioned a lack of airflow to master bathroom. I found a significant amount of air loss within duct system. I also checked static pressure and found it to be at .2. No other major issues found.
