Had a problem with suddenly excessive humidity in the house (near 100%). Called Garner, and they were at our door before I hung up the phone (wellll, not really, but almost). They made a thorough check of our system (previously installed and regularly maintained by Garner), but found everything was in perfect working condition. They did discover that we had inadvertently changed a thermostat setting, which caused the problem. Simple fix, but which should have resulted in a $75.00 service call, which they kindly waived. We have the annual service plan, that gives us twice-a-year system checks and priority scheduling and discounts for service. That, and dealing with a company that’s totally honest, fair, friendly and highly skilled, makes it so worth it. Can’t say enough good things about Garner Heating & AC.
Thank you for the wonderful review and for taking the time to share your feedback.
Awesome job and people.
