After performing the diagnostic, I found that the blower motor had completely failed. Installed the new blower motor and everything is coming on and working at this time. Replaced both return plenums and installed new 20x25 media filters. Replaced the supply on the upstairs system and installed reducers that go from 16 to 10 inch on the end of the plenum. Both systems are working properly at time of departure.
